Resource Global Professionals Acquires Veracity Consulting For $30.6M

Irvine-based Resources Connection, a business consulting firm which does business as Resources Global Professionals (RGP), has acquired Veracity Consulting Group, LLC in a deal worth $30.6M. According to RGP, the cash deal also included additional payments based on longer-term performance. Veracity is based in Richmond, Virginia, and provides consulting to healthcare organizations, and had $21.4M in revenues in 2018. RGP also said that Veracity saw growth of 58% in revenues over 2017. RGP is led by CEO Kate Duchene.
