Washe Raise $3.5M To Expand On-Demand Car Washes In LA

On-demand, car wash startup Washe, which lets users connect with professional mobile car washers, said this week that it has raised $3.5M in a seed funding, to help it to "greatly expand" its operation sin Los Angeles, as well as expand into other new markets. The Boca Raton, Florida-based startup said the lead investor in the round was Ron Zuckerman, a technology entrepreneur and investor. Washe currently offers up its services in South Florida, Southern California, Georgia and New Jersey. Washe has been in Southern California since at least July of 2016, when it started offering its services in San Diego and Los Angeles. More information »
