Better Business Bureau? For who?

When I got there, two complaints were showing, both from 2008. I checked with our Director of Delight and she assured me we gave a full refund to both and that we formally responded to this within the required time, but the BBB website had a technical issue. Please advise. Can you please advise how to remedy these issues.

History repeated itself in September 2008 with that market crash. When Salesforce.com decided to buy my company in December 2006 I dropped everything and focused religiously on closure. Push hard to set up the technical reviews, the due diligence meetings, the reference calls – whatever. I was obsessed with the closure date.
