2 preamble issues having read the comments on TC today: 1: I know that the prices of startup companies is much great in Silicon Valley than in smaller towns / less tech focused areas in the US and the US prices higher than many foreign markets. You can be pissed off, but I don’t set prices. That’s stupid.

In the latter cases many companies (Flickr, Delicious, Blogger, Writely in 05-08 and lately Invite Media, Aardvark, Dodgeball, etc.) If 2011 & 2012 look like 2010 then the current crop of angel investments will look great. This is cheaper for them than waiting for big competitors and buying companies at big prices.

How Many Angels is the Right Amount for a Startup to Have?

I myself coined the term ENIFA (everyone now is a f **g angel) in 2011 but it didn’t stick as well as the term Unicorn did. Even if one disagrees with the premise, why would anyone feel the need to attack Mike for writing it? I was trying to cheekily suggest that it was the new status symbol. This is a hard one.
