A true Internet Pioneer, by 2008, Kevin had already founded or co-founded two Unicorns in his own right, DoubleClick (sold to Google $3.1 Tech Diligence - Consider The Source.

I was recruited for the role when we were still at AT&T Interactive in October of 2008, by some of my former coworkers at Yahoo, who had already landed here. Where does YP fit in a world dominated by Google and Yelp? With Google, they are obviously the big dog, no matter who you are talking about. If you look at Yelp''s U.S.

We actually built that about a year and a half ago, and are bringing that back due to overwhelming demand. But, with the economy turning south in 2008, lots of those customers went out of business. In April of 2010, we put up Dealcurent.com, and we started indexing number one on Google for daily deals software.

The industry had seen unprecedented growth in the past decade due to a combination of factors, one of which was the United States’ economic recession. Statistics from 2008 show that digital couponing has rapidly grown but has yet to outpace paper coupons. At that time, digital accounted for “less than 1/10 of all coupons distributed.”

He came to the United States in 2001 to study Software Engineering at Auburn University. While he was waiting for the paperwork to be reviewed he moved to Boulder, Colorado and took a job with a local tech company there. We then moved our Chief Software Architect over.
