Internet Brands Buys Two Web Sites, Looks To Future Acquisitions

Los Angeles-based Internet Brands disclosed Tuesday as part of its earnings report that the firm has purchased two web sites, BensBargains.net, and GrooveJob.com. Separately, Internet Brands said it has secured a $35M revolving line of credit from Silicon Valley Bank, which it plans to use for acquisitions starting in mid-2009.

Internet Brands Revenues Grow In Q2

Los Angeles-based Internet Brands reported its results Thursday, saying that the firm saw record revenues in Q2. in Q2 of 2009. Revenues were up by 21 percent from the prior year, driven by increases in internet advertising revenues. According to Internet Brands, it had net income of $4.6M in revenues, up from $2.5M in total.
