The VC market has right-sized (returned back to mid 90′s levels & less competition). Lower costs to start a business (95% reduction), many more companies created & funded by angels / seed. ” The new narrative is “will my seed funds be able to fund the prorata of their winners?”

Cloud computing and the open source movements have brought down the costs of starting a company by more than 90%. This has led to the creation of incubators, accelerators and seed funds. It doesn’t seem too irrational for seed or A deals, just a bit higher than the norm. Thank you, Aaron Sorkin!
