As an IBMer, I am familiar with Watson, the supercomputer that beat Ken Jennings on Jeopardy back in 2011. Watson has many services that developers can use to create their own programs. Six years later, West is grabbing the headlines again by announcing his candidacy for President of the United States, in the 2020 election.
