This next iteration of the JDK is currently scheduled for general availability in September 2013. The Java 8 javadocs are hosted locally for the time being because I don't know of an official, Oracle-hosted location for them. When Oracle eventually hosts them, I'll change the links to point to the official home for the javadocs.
