Should SaaS companies trade at a 24x Enterprise Value (EV) to Next Twelve Month (NTM) Revenue multiple as they did in November 2021? Probably not and 10x (May 2022) seems more in line with the historical trend (actually 10x is still high). By 2021 we had to write a $3.5m This translates to about 12–15 investments.

And then in the late 90’s money crept in, swept in to town by public markets, instant wealth and an absurd sky-rocketing of valuations based on no reasonable metrics.
