Integrien Acquired By VMware

Irvine-based Integrien , a developer of enterprise IT monitoring software, has been acquired by VMware , according to VMware this morning. Although VMware did not announce financial details of the acquisition, sources close to Integrien said the acquisition was worth $102M. Clearstone owned about half of the firm.
