Ventura-based SloanLED , a developer of LED lighting products and power supplies, has acquired Litecorr , a LED lighting products manufacturer, according to private equity investor Baird Capital. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Litecorr serves the commercial and industrial market, the companies said.
