Venice, California-based Mogreet , the mobile marketing firm headed by James Citron, has raised $2.0M in an ongoing funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm today. According to the filing, the new equity funding has a target of $3.0M. No details on the funding have yet been announced by the company.

Los Angeles-based Mogreet , the mobile video marketing firm run by James Citron, said earlier this week that it has powered a mobile marketing campaign for Hotel Casa del Mar in Santa Monica. Mogreet is venture backed with $7M in funding from Ascend Venture Group, Black Diamond Ventures, DFJ Frontier and Spyglass Ventures.
