Newegg Sues Kohl's Over Trademark

City of Industry-based Newegg , a major online electronics and computer retailer, said today that it has sued retailer Kohl's Corporation for trademark infringement and unfair competition. According to Newegg, it is seeking injunctive relief, as well as monetary damages for lost revenue, corrective advertising, and damage to its trademark.
