Agoura-based Nomadix , which develops wireless and Internet gateway technology, which is in the midst of a patent fight with hotel entertainment company Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd. , has been ordered to provide up information on its patents as a result of a countersuit from Guest-Tek.

Agoura Hills-based wireless gateway developer Nomadix reported Tuesday that it has reached a settlement with Wayport, Inc., over a patent infringement case. According to Nomadix, the settlement includes a license to AT&T, under Nomadix patents relating to Internet access technologies. over its patents back in 2009.
