It was a regional ISP, and got bough tout by Allegiance Telecom. I think it's a matter for anyone really starting up in this space, whether they're directly touching currency or not, to understand that you have to design a product where you assume you are in a hostile environment. Our wallet name is only used to route funds.

The reference may be well-intentioned, but the lawyer’s allegiance may be divided between the investor and you. Such a lawyer will not go out of their way to screw you, but when crafting the investor documents and in future investor-related issues, your lawyer’s allegiance must be to your company.
