In your opinion, are your angels more or less active this year? The Tech Coast Angels had great exit last year in Green Dot - anything which, in hindsight, made this one a home run? We've heard some entrepreneurs who have had some difficulty figuring out how to work with angels.

There is no cost but you must physically be based in or move to Los Angeles for the 6 months of the program. John Morris from the Tech Coast Angels was encouraging me to do something similar. When we started I told everybody we would run the organization as a startup itself. We connected. Launchpad V1 was born.

Our marketplace is organized like a used item marketplace, like Amazon or eBay, or Craiglist, in that a seller lists an item, picks a cause, and sets a price.
