Westlake Village-based Zumbox , a developer of a system for sending electronic mail to postal addresses, announced today that it has raised $8M in a funding. Zumbox develops a service--aimed at marketers and businesses--to target individuals with electronic mailings, based on their street address, rather than their email inbox.
