ELC is known for its cloud computing applications development, and Ruby On Rails development.

But like lemmings, every company in the market rushed to proclaim they were launching WAP versions of their products. It required content sites to develop totally new content. Everybody and their mothers are coming into my offices proclaiming that their developing the latest iPhone App. It was hard to use. I’m now a VC.
