Los Angeles-based mobile advertising startup PaeDae announced this morning that it has tied into Intel''s appMobi effort, which will allow Intel developers to integrate with its advertising platform. appMobi develops cross platform application development software for HTML5 and Javascript, and was acquired by Intel last year.

They had been recommended as a preferred provider for Facebook application developers, but it didn't work. Our roots are in Flash, and in fact the company came about as a project for Macromedia. What we did, is we made our first foray into HTML5 and Javascript. How has your shift to the cloud worked for you?

But like lemmings, every company in the market rushed to proclaim they were launching WAP versions of their products. It required content sites to develop totally new content. Everybody and their mothers are coming into my offices proclaiming that their developing the latest iPhone App. It was hard to use. I’m now a VC.
