My firm GRP Partners recently funded a young LA based company named Ad.Ly People rightly recognize that comments on blogs are just a form of a stream and thus the growth of open commenting platforms like Disqus and IntenseDebate. So PPC (pay-per-click) advertising on social networks has performed poorly to date.
