These teams are usually: business, design, frontend, development, and quality assurance. Sitemap & Wire-Framing. Pretty, cool.

As an example of how dumb they were (for those that don’t remember) whenever you changed one field in a browser-designed program the entire screen had to refresh. We designed our code and tested it in a Firefox browser and once we had working code we then had to figure out how to make the clunky Internet Explorer work.

We initially looked at LinkedIn, but we thought it would be more fun to do something in Face book. We wanted to bring the beauty of data visualization, of actionable insights to people in a very easy, very fast, very simple but very well designed way. What we did, is we made our first foray into HTML5 and Javascript.
