Calabasas-based National Technical Systems , the provider of testing and engineering services, said today that it has acquired Ingenium Testing. Ingenium Testing is a provider of product compliance and engineering services, based in Rockford, Illinois. The deal was worth $12.5M in cash plus potential earnout. READ MORE>>.
