Los Angeles-based restaurant ordering systems developer Chownow says it has named a new Chief Technology Officer. ChowNow provides restaurants with software, allowing them to manage pick up and delivery, as well as providing marketing tools. As part of his role, Chinamanthur said he plans to grow ChowNow's team.

CyberFlow Analytics Raises $2M For Cyber Security Efforts

San Diego-based CyberFlow Analytics has raised $2M in a seed round of funding, to go towards its software for protecting corporate IP from corporate espionage and malware. CyberFlow, which is headed by Dr. Hossein Eslambolchi--former Chief Technology Officer of AT&T--said the new round brings its total raised to $2.6M.
