Because I am true to the hiring practices I preach, I wanted a strong exec who would “ punch above their weightclass ” by taking a job they hadn’t yet done but would hugely aspire to and thus work harder to out perform. I acted as the occasional mentor, advisor and coach to Ethan.

Parenting has always required a village of support, and we consider our platform to be that village. I started as a teenager, and I did babysitting, life guarding, and swim coaching. My co-founder Kasey� and I started a boutique agency at the end of our time in college, which was in Santa Barbara.
