It's a very flexible, open platform, and is pretty open ended. We're not yet marketing or selling direct to advertisers, because we're really focused on growing and honing our platform. The hardest part, is if you want a platform which is a broad platform, and not just about one topic or genre, about all kinds of things.

Network engineers and programmers are essential in designing platforms and up-keeping them. They should also know how to read and create coding of HTML, Java and so forth. They are required to design for multiple platforms and devices. Web Teams are necessary to running websites and applications.

With my background as CTO of Buy.com, if I wanted to hire a Java or.NET developer, I could do a search on those titles with a keyword, and create a list, constrained to Southern Orange County or Southern California. We even changed our business model to provide a service based, instead of a traditional ecommerce platform.
