StackCommerce Acquired By TPG

Venice, California-based StackCommerce, which develops a white-label marketplace which is used by publishers and brands to help connect people with products, has been acquired by Integrated Media Company (IMC), itself owned by private equity investor TPG. According to StackCommerce, its partners earned more than $175M on its platform.

As a part of Integrated Media, StackCommerce will join properties like Fandom and Goal.com.
