I dropped in to check out the contest a few times during the competition and the environment was uplifting and exciting. Some used Java, Ruby, jQuery while others used PHP, HTML, and CSS. Sparqlight – parts prebuilt before competition. Quick Web App Builder (QWAB) – parts prebuilt before competition.

The competition was fierce and the winner was…… Airping! Technologies used: node.js, web sockets. Technologies used: HTML5, python, django, jQuery Mobile, javascript, mysqldb. Java Web App built on the Spring Framework. Tecnologies used: Python, Pyramid, Google Direction API, Amazon Web Services, Html5, and JQuery.
