While innovation is indeed listed as a top priority of OSTP, this "investment in innovation-enabling research" will not necessarily help STEM education, nor do anything to inspire America's youth. academic scientists, which is necessary to a point, of course. One very encouraging note these organizations are trying to use "Web 2.0"
