It takes more than passion and a course on business basics. There is no standard course for this, but the answers are accessible online, if you know how to search, follow blogs, and interact with the relevant social media groups. I want to tell them to just start anywhere, but I realize that most have no idea where anywhere is.

Of course, you have to propose solutions, request funding, and marshal peer support for credibility. In addition, team member engagement and loyalty depend largely on the satisfaction of creativity. Build a small dedicated team, sometimes called strategic planning, or change incubator.

Of course, discovering your entrepreneur type is only the beginning. Overall, I see real value in using this methodology in conjunction with incubators, business accelerators, and mentoring. But I see a real opportunity here for every entrepreneur to optimize his impact, and his personal satisfaction, with a minimum of effort.
