Tim is the former head of Yahoo's Global Advertising Marketplaces unit, overseeing Display, Search and Video, and was VP of Search at Overture. They can sell those ads on a CPM, CPC, or CPA basis. The idea there is to grow our exchange in Japan, which is the second largest advertising market in the world.
