Los Angeles-based Oversee.net , the operator of Internet marketing and domain monetization services, said today with subsidiary SnapNames that they have resolved two lawsuits filed as a result of a former employee's improper bidding activity. SnapNames collects and auctions off expiring and expired domain names to the highest bidder.

Travel search site LowFares.com , which is owned by Oversee.net, is reporting that it has seen a jump in visitors to the site of 73 percent since the beginning of the year. LowFares said the search engine marketing efforts were the result of additional advertiser relationships the firm has secured in recent months. READ MORE>>.
