That is excluding a single line of code or paying any salaries. To this day I’m astounded that IBM, Google, Sun, Microsoft and others didn’t offer this service and Amazon did. At the time we viewed Amazon’s offering, EC2 as too nascent. In case you don’t know Applied Semantics it’s Google AdSense.
