Some entrepreneurs do very little to prepare for due diligence, assuming all the talking has already been done, and the business plan and results to-date tell the right story. They demoed the electricity transfer with a physical device that looked like something that would never be allowed on an airplane. The practical uses for uBeam technology is limitless. Did anybody hold patents that would prevent us from using this technology? We hired IP specialists to review prior art. Was it safe?

What price? I tapped my friends at big tech companies (Salesforce, Google, Oracle). The only way for a company to be overvalued is if there’s someone willing to pay that price. ” Therefore one goal of Y Combinator appears to be “get the highest price and best terms.” It’s a Demo Day thing.

I heard about the LG LSB316 Speaker Sound Bar at CES this year and jumped at the chance to review it when we received a demo unit. My opinion is that it is well worth the price. I am bummed I have to send the demo unit back. Silk Dome Speaker Technology. The unit arrived at my office in a large LG branded box.
