At the CTO Group that I organize in Santa Monica, we've had lots of discussions around this. application services (security, integration), etc. Most likely, a Level 2 platform's apps also call into the platform via a web services API to draw on data and services. does make it seem like it's a lot of work.

The company, along with its partners at PreistmanGoode also released the design for its passenger Hyperloop capsule at the London Design Festival. Former SpaceX rocket designer Brogan BamBrogan was one of the initial cofounders of Hyperloop One.

It was just a matter of process to add iOS, and later, Android to the output, and start designing games for the larger screens, later bringing those games down to run on BREW and Java after that. Two, we've also been a full service, publishing and development house. That definitely aided in the transition.
