The funding came from JSR Limited and Taiyu Capital. The company said the funding brings its total raised to $13M.

Cubic Agrees To Buy Two Companies

San Diego-based Cubic Corporation announced this morning that it has agreed to acquire TeraLogics , a provider of ll motion video products for the Department of Defense, and GATR Technologies , a manufacturer of satellite communication terminal.
