SloanLED Acquires Litecorr

Ventura-based SloanLED , a developer of LED lighting products and power supplies, has acquired Litecorr , a LED lighting products manufacturer, according to private equity investor Baird Capital. Baird Capital says the buy will help the companies expand their global reach and product line. Baird Capital owns SloanLED.
