Dirk Ahlborn: We are coming out of the nonprofit incubator, the Girvan Institute of Technology, which has been around since 2002, and is funded by NASA Ames. It is one of the older incubators in Los Angeles, even though not a lot of people know about it. That gives us access to the patents from those federal labs and universities have.

Anyone can talk a good game, and put together a proforma that looks great, and there are lots of great looking ideas, and people can even all have filed a provisional patent. We''re now trying to tie into the local universities, incubators, and other centers of entrepreneurship. We''re really looking for that first and foremost.

Mann had long sold the company and patents, but one of their providers which had been installing them surgically, and had started installing parts from China. This is really also funded because of Mike and my other project, the 101 incubator. Mann implantable device area. How are you funding this project?

Those three organizations have very strong networks inventure capital, entertainment, and academia, and put together the incubator. What we have done for the user, is used a patent pending algorithm to sift through north of a million data points a day, and thousands of conversations per second, to help organize and cluster highlights.
