Shame about not getting it in legal writing that you owned the original IP. Founded it as a California LLC but your potential VC wants a Delaware C-Corp? I know he’s smart but you wouldn’t hire a Javascript developer to do your database design – would you? So it doesn’t have to be a small firm.

Im just saying this so that youdont get your hopes too high about what you can actually achieve. How to Identify the Bot You Want to Block Before you can block a bot, you will need to know at least one of two things: the IP address where the bot is coming from or the"User Agent string" that the bot is using. They look like "127.0.0.1".
