Preview builds of Java 8, specifically the "Project Lambda" builds, can be downloaded from java.net: Java™ Platform, Standard Edition 8 Early Access with Lambda Support. The Java 8 javadocs are hosted locally for the time being because I don't know of an official, Oracle-hosted location for them. Interface improvements.
