Netlist Wins Round in Patent Battle With Inphi

Irvine-based Netlist , a designer of memory subsystems, said this morning that it has scored a win over high speed semiconductor maker Inphi , after a court dismissed a patent infringement lawsuit against the company. Netlist patent infringement lawsuit without prejudice, which was originally filed on November 30, 2009.

Masimo Settles Lawsuit
