Santa Barbara-based Invoca, which provides software for call and sales tracking, said on Monday that it has acquired DialogTech, a developer of an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered call tracking and analytics product. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. DialogTech is based in Chicago.

Santa Barbara-based Sonos said on Wednesday afternoon that it has acquired Snips , a developer of an artificial intelligence platform for enabling voice interaction with connected devices. According to Sonos, it paid approximately $37.5M for Snips, subject to purchase price adjustments and holdbacks.
