ASGN Buys DHA Group For $46M

Calabasas-based IT and professional servies provider ASGN Incorporated announced this morning that it has acquired DHA Group Inc. , a provider of mobility, cybersecurity, cloud, and IT services to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and other federal customers. ASGN said that DHA had approximately $50M in revenues in 2018.
