Calabasas-based IT and professional servies provider ASGN Incorporated announced this morning that it has acquired DHA Group Inc. , a provider of mobility, cybersecurity, cloud, and IT services to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and other federal customers. ASGN said that DHA had approximately $50M in revenues in 2018.

Calabasas-based Ixia said Wednesday that it has signed a definitive agreement to buy a product line from Agilent Technologies, in a deal worth $44M in cash.
