PT as they kick off the new weekly tech law show "TechZulu Law" with a discussion with IP attorney Denise Grayson, who portrays the attorney of Eduardo Saverin in the film about the early days of Facebook, "The Social Network.". In "The Social Network" Denise portrays Gretchen, the attorney of Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin.

During planning of the fifth year, Scott Kilroy from the USC LUG and Lei Zhang from the UCLA LUG approached him about throwing a joint effort; pooling their talents to put together the first SCaLE. Hosted at the USC Davidson Conference Center, it was initially a one-day event with just 20 speakers and two tracks.

Last week, Los Angeles-based Stroome (www.stroome.com), a new startup originally spawned out of a project at the USC Annenberg School of Communications, won $200,000 in the 2010 Knight News Challenge. Tom Grasty: Essentially, we started off as a graduate school project at USC. A few months later, we won the USC New Venture Competition.

Mike Tringe earned his BA in History and Science from Harvard, and his MFA in Film Production from USC. He’s worked as an English and Film teacher at the American School of Tangier, and has also assistant taught film production at USC. Sara Akhteh received her BA in Film Theory from UCSC and her MFA from USC in Production.

Sherry Gunther: MyMiniPeeps.com is a unique, online community for kids ages 6-13, which is both a social networking community as well as a game site. As I watched my kids' eyeballs move over, as well as looked at the research data and advertising data which saw TV's share shrinking, I started looking into new media.
