As a software developer I wrote code on what was called a “dumb terminal” because it literally had no processing capability. It’s central standard was HTML (hyper text markup language) that described how we would show data on computer screens. But for software developers like my company the web was a blessing.

However, if this is true, “Aardvark” would have been a more clever choice and equally as relevant to online book sales. Expertcity was a great name for that business.
