In some ways it is similar to early stage incubators such as Y Combinator, although FI is even earlier stage, focusing on developing the founders themselves as entrepreneurs as opposed to actual companies. What were those and how is that changing now given how things are changing in social media? How did you do that?

Southern California has had its share of new startup accelerators launch in the last few months, however, few people here have actually experienced an accelerator firsthand. That's funding our new product, FanMix, which is a a social media tool. Later on, we can add upsells for community managers and social media marketers.
