Los Angeles-based advertising software developer SteelHouse is in major executive expansion mode, saying late Monday that it has named Boris Bronshteyn as its Chief Technology Officer, and David U. Simon as its Chief Marketing Officer. It also has promoted Chris Innes to Chief Operating Officer.

According to the firm, it has hired on Jamie Kantrowitz as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Global Marketing, Alex Maghen serves as Chief Technology Officer, and Nancy Taylor as Lead Counsel. Kantrowitz was most recently SVP International Marketing and Content for MySpace; Maghen was CTO at Yahoo!
