Smin was previously Chief Marketing Officer at SocialFlow, and also served at Point Roll, Yahoo!, Simon as its Chief Marketing Officer.

According to the firm, it has hired on Jamie Kantrowitz as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Global Marketing, Alex Maghen serves as Chief Technology Officer, and Nancy Taylor as Lead Counsel. Kantrowitz was most recently SVP International Marketing and Content for MySpace; Maghen was CTO at Yahoo!
