San Diego-based Nirvanix , the provider of cloud storage services, said today that it has raised another $10M in a funding, and appointed a new CEO. The firm said the new round is a Series B, and comes from investors Intel Capital, Mission Ventures, Valhalla Partnes, and Windward Ventures.

San Diego-based Nirvanix, which operates an online, storage-as-a-service which competes against Amazon's S3 storage service, has shuffled its CEOs, the firm said today, replacing CEO Patrick Harr with Jim Zierick. Zierick has also previously been at Peregrine Systems and McKinsey & Company.
