Los Angeles-based Vroozi , a developer of cloud-based procurement software, said this morning that it has named Michael Jud as the company's Senior Director of Product Evangelist. Vroozi said Jud will help strengthen its mobile procurement platform and help evangelize it businesses. Vroozi is led by Steve Olds.

Los Angeles-based Vroozi , a developer of cloud-based, B2B procurement software, has raised $4M in a funding round, the company said this morning. The funding was led by Ally Holdings.
